Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist on a one‑year extendable contract to join our multinational pharmaceutical team. You will ensure that our products meet health authority requirements across Jordan and the broader Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers, including variations and renewals, to local authorities.
• Support submission strategies and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage regulatory queries (RTQs) and conduct timely follow‑ups.
• Monitor regulatory intelligence and disseminate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation, archiving, and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and CAPA activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and regulatory affairs practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
