Sales Administrator – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to support the Lynk & Co. sales team at Al Bustanji Motors. The role ensures smooth processing of sales documentation, vehicle delivery and customer records, acting as the central hub between sales, finance and after‑sales departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Lynk & Co. sales team, handling all paperwork and data entry.
• Prepare, verify and follow up on sales contracts, invoices, customer files and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with finance, registration, logistics, warehouse and after‑sales teams to align on vehicle status and delivery schedules.
• Update sales reports, CRM records, vehicle availability, reservations, payments and delivery timelines.
• Ensure customer files are complete, accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
• Track pending approvals and internal requirements, supporting the brand manager as needed.

Required profile

• Mandatory automotive industry experience.
• Previous role as Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Showroom Admin or similar.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, vehicle registration, invoicing and delivery documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow‑up ability and capacity to work under pressure on multiple transactions.
• Organised, professional and reliable.
