About the role

The Sales Engineer will promote and sell SHESHANI ALUMINUM’s technical aluminium products and solutions. Combining engineering knowledge with sales expertise, you will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet clients, consultants, contractors and project owners to understand requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production and installation departments to ensure feasibility and smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries and ongoing projects to secure sales opportunities and conduct site visits when required.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing and delivery schedules within company policies.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships, track activities in the CRM and monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Support customers with technical or after‑sales issues and prepare sales reports, forecasts and market feedback.
  • Participate in exhibitions, marketing activities and client meetings.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in aluminium, façade, glass, construction or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Good English written and spoken skills.
