About the role

Zeal Group, through its subsidiary Traze, is seeking a commercially driven Sales Team Lead to accelerate growth across Jordan and the wider MENA region. The role will oversee net deposit growth, client acquisition and partner‑led expansion for the Forex/CFD business, while coaching a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual funded‑account, volume and revenue targets.
  • Drive new client acquisition via direct sales, referrals, IB networks and affiliate partnerships.
  • Develop and execute country‑level sales plans for Jordan and the UAE aligned with MENA growth objectives.
  • Coach, train and monitor team members to improve lead conversion, follow‑up quality and client relationship management.
  • Track daily sales activity, team productivity, deposit performance and pipeline quality through CRM reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with high‑value prospects, active traders, partners and business introducers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, retention, dealing and customer support to optimise the client journey from lead to funded trader.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal standards, approved scripts and local market regulations.
  • Identify hiring needs, support onboarding and foster a high‑performance sales culture across the region.
  • Provide regular market feedback on competitor activity, client objections, product demand and growth opportunities.

Required profile

  • 4‑7+ years of sales or business development experience in Forex, CFD, financial services, brokerage or online trading.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching or supervising a sales team.
  • Proven ability to achieve acquisition and revenue targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
  • Arabic language ability strongly preferred; English required.
  • Experience in the Jordan/MENA market strongly preferred.

Required skills

  • Deep understanding of retail trading products, client onboarding funnels, deposit behaviour and sales conversion metrics.
  • Experience managing direct sales and partner/IB channels.
  • Ability to develop and execute country‑level sales strategies.
