SAP Functional Trainer – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Trainer specializing in Finance and Accounting to support a leading retail group's SAP S/4HANA transformation in Jordan. The trainer will design and deliver high-quality training sessions for end-users and super-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of SAP FI-CO processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-CO) modules.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Customize learning content using tools such as WalkMe and Articulate 360.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide post-training support.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to align training with project timelines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA training, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO or related finance modules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
