About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Trainer specializing in Finance and Accounting to support a leading retail group's SAP S/4HANA transformation in Jordan. The trainer will design and deliver high-quality training sessions for end-users and super-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of SAP FI-CO processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training materials for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-CO) modules.
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Customize learning content using tools such as WalkMe and Articulate 360.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide post-training support.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to align training with project timelines.
Required profile
- Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA training, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO or related finance modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
