Senior Account Executive – Social Media (Anime)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead the day‑to‑day management of a major global anime streaming account across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role is the primary liaison between the agency and the client, owning content planning, execution, reporting and overall quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, including status calls and strategic reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead monthly content planning aligned with anime releases, MENA cultural moments and platform trends.
• Coordinate with creative, copy and strategy teams to produce audience‑focused content.
• Review and approve content and copy for consistency, accuracy and brand tone.
• Schedule and publish content on social media platforms on time.
• Monitor anime fandom conversations and trending moments to identify new content opportunities.
• Oversee community management to ensure a fan‑first, culturally relevant brand voice.
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, turning data into actionable insights.
• Use performance insights to refine future content plans and improve account performance.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in social media or account management, preferably within a regional agency.
• Strong, genuine knowledge of anime culture, major titles, seasonal releases, fandom trends and MENA communities.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently, including handling expectations and difficult conversations.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with entertainment, streaming, gaming or youth‑focused brands is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and deadline management.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative, copy, community and strategy teams.
