Senior Chef De Partie

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Chef De Partie to join our hotel kitchen within the Accor network. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality food for both à la carte and buffet services while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues.
• Ensure consistent preparation of all food items according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Participate in daily shift briefings, sharing ideas and updates.
• Maintain clear communication with Outlet Chefs regarding guest feedback.
• Continuously improve food preparation, presentation, and product rotation to minimise waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance in all work areas.
• Follow all kitchen policies, safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Certification in commercial cookery (mandatory) and preferably a safe food handling or food safety supervision certificate.
• Strong knowledge of local health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Leadership mindset focused on mentoring junior chefs.
• Organisational skills for preparation, planning, and cost control.
• Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications (asset).
• Ability to work well under pressure, as part of a team, and maintain a courteous guest focus.
