About the role
The Communication/Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for prospective guests, promoting the hotel and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Working in the heart of Amman's prestigious Abdoun district, you will ensure every reservation experience reflects Four Seasons' luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone, email and fax inquiries promptly, using guest names and routing calls appropriately.
- Process new reservations, update existing bookings, and manage the reservations email inbox.
- Handle special requests, resolve complaints, and provide personalized hospitality.
- Maintain and operate the telephone switchboard, hotel computer systems, and high‑speed internet services.
- Deliver wake‑up calls, messages, and manage brochure requests.
- Perform basic installation and repair of telephone or internet services in guest rooms and public areas.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar reservation or guest‑service role.
- Excellent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating telephone switchboard systems.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation software and computer systems.
- Basic troubleshooting of high‑speed internet equipment.
