About the role
Join a hotel that is part of the Accor network and become a Heartist® delivering friendly, professional service to guests. As a Waitress/Hostess you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional greeting and engaging service to all guests.
- Understand and execute server tasks within the outlet, including shift‑end reporting and POS operations.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items, offering clear and helpful information.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods.
- Follow outlet policies, service standards, safety and sanitation procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Previous service experience is an asset.
- Experience with a Point of Sale system (e.g., Opera) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and high reliability.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest needs.
Required skills
- Opera (hotel POS system) or similar Point of Sale system.
