Senior Engineer - Civil and Roads

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its Infrastructure Team and lead the delivery of complex civil and road projects across the Middle East. You will work closely with project leaders, providing technical expertise and ensuring high‑quality outcomes for multiple infrastructure initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering infrastructure projects and support project leaders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Produce reports, calculations, and design documentation.
• Conduct technical and quality reviews, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and road design.
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and lead large‑scale projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Required skills

• Civil 3D software for BIM environments.
• Clash resolution using Navisworks.
• Utility modeling with Bentley Navigator.
• Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
