Senior Executive – Performance (Paid Media)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Performance leads the execution, optimisation and strategic oversight of Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic campaigns for MENA‑region clients. This senior position blends hands‑on campaign management with performance accountability, ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring and optimisation of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic platforms.
• Proactively optimise performance, troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring accurate implementation, tracking and reporting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high campaign quality and adherence to internal processes.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align execution with broader client strategies and business goals.
• Contribute to performance reporting, analysis and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior performance‑focused experience within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; English required.
