Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our consumer app, merchant platform and AI‑driven features. Based in Amman, you will work on‑site with product, engineering and business teams to shape the future of BEANZ’s coffee‑tech experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for new mobile and web features, from concept to delivery.
• Generate rapid mockups, flows and variations using AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Galileo and Figma AI.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Produce high‑quality wireframes, prototypes and pixel‑perfect UI in Figma, ready for developer handoff.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to define user journeys and validate UX decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Support design work for consumer app, merchant platform, boutique shop flows and emerging AI experiences.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for mobile and web applications.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with AI‑assisted design workflows.
• Experience maintaining a multi‑product design system.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate fast and deliver production‑ready designs.
