Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The successful candidate will support end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities across operational and corporate functions, assisting in sourcing, screening, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role contributes to the efficient delivery of recruitment services, maintains a positive candidate experience, and supports the organization’s workforce planning requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for assigned vacancies, including candidate sourcing, screening, testing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Review applications and resumes against job requirements and prepare shortlists.
• Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and evaluation activities.
• Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and departmental representatives.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and pre‑assessment activities.
• Assist in managing pre‑employment requirements such as background checks, medical exams, reference checks, and document verification.
• Coordinate employment offer and onboarding processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and university partnerships.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pools for future hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
