About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Royal Jordanian Airlines, ensuring the attraction, assessment, selection and onboarding of qualified candidates across operational and corporate functions. The role supports workforce planning by building talent pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
  • Review job applications, resumes and candidate qualifications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and administer candidate assessments, tests and evaluations.
  • Schedule and participate in interviews with hiring managers and department representatives.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability, qualifications and fit.
  • Handle pre‑employment activities such as security clearances, medical examinations, reference checks and document verification.
  • Prepare and communicate employment offers in coordination with the HR Planning Section.
  • Coordinate with the Contracts Unit and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of employment documentation.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the process.
  • Arrange induction, training or qualification programs for newly hired employees.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, university partnerships and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions, recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical, recurring and future vacancies.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while meeting targets and timelines.
  • Support mass recruitment events, assessment centres, career fairs, open days and employer‑branding initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate databases in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide updates on pipeline status and hiring progress.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in high‑volume recruitment and mass hiring campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
