Visa Specialist – Immigration Services

About the role

The Visa Specialist will join Bridge International for Academic Services in Amman, supporting students, business travelers and tourists with end‑to‑end visa processing. This full‑time position requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism and client‑focused service to ensure successful visa outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage visa applications from initial assessment through document preparation, submission, follow‑up and final decision.
• Handle student, business and travel visa cases for major international destinations.
• Assess applicants’ circumstances, advise on required documents, processing timelines and embassy procedures.
• Review application files for completeness, accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
• Prepare applicants for visa interviews and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Monitor changes in immigration laws, embassy requirements and visa policies.
• Maintain confidential, well‑organized records for all cases.
• Communicate effectively with applicants, embassies, visa centres and other external parties.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in visa processing, consultancy or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of student, business and travel visa procedures across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage complex applications and identify potential issues before submission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational ability and professional judgement.
• Capacity to handle multiple applications and deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and client care.
