Compliance Associate

About the role

Logicom is seeking a motivated Compliance Associate to ensure business processes and transactions adhere to legal and internal guidelines. The role involves reviewing employee work, developing policies, and handling policy violations.

Key responsibilities

• On-board new clients and conduct ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate with compliance and client onboarding teams.
• Review, escalate and resolve compliance blockers, red flags and high‑risk transactions.
• Perform enhanced due diligence on flagged clients and manage export‑control classification data.
• Identify compliance gaps in vendor contracts, sanctions lists, export regulations, GDPR, anti‑bribery and other applicable rules.
• Conduct trade‑compliance investigations and support reporting to the CEO/Risk Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law or related field.
• Strong analytical, investigative and risk‑awareness abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High integrity, confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (10‑20% of time).

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Navision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
