YouTube Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager – Remote, Commission-Based

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager to help grow Jouza3tivity, a new YouTube channel focused on business advice, productivity, book summaries, Notion tutorials, and the channel‑building journey. The position is fully remote and commission‑based, meaning your earnings are directly tied to the sponsorships and brand partnerships you secure.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with the channel’s content.
• Create and present sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and media kits.
• Reach out to potential sponsors via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the brand and the channel.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat collaborations.
• Provide regular reports on leads, outreach activities, and closed deals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in sponsorships, influencer marketing, or sales.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using digital tools.
