About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Meta Ads Specialist to drive aggressive growth for cosmetics and beauty brands. The role focuses on creating, scaling and optimizing high‑performing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, delivering strong return on ad spend.
Key responsibilities
- Create, manage and continuously optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Develop creative strategies and detailed audience‑targeting plans.
- Analyse performance data and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Meta algorithm changes and industry trends.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Demonstrated success running high‑performing Meta campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
- On‑site availability – the position is office‑based.
