About the role
THE·TEAM is looking for an experienced Account Director to spearhead client relationships within the quick‑service restaurant (QSR) sector. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management of multi‑platform content and a small team. It is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for QSR clients.
- Manage high‑volume content pipelines across multiple platforms.
- Oversee junior staff, including a Social Media Manager and an Account Coordinator.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management within the QSR or fast‑moving consumer sector.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
