About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Account Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting our business growth. In this position you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client accounts, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor account performance and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
Required profile
- Experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
