About the role

SmartWin Agency is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. The role involves translating client objectives into actionable plans and coordinating with internal creative teams. You will also manage social media scheduling and support event activities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Understand client needs, goals, and objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with the creative team to execute deliverables with high quality and on time.
• Follow up on project timelines, approvals, feedback, and internal task completion.
• Schedule posts across social media platforms, ensuring content calendars are followed accurately and deadlines are met.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of account management experience in an agency setting.
• Logical approach to daily tasks.
• Passionate and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and think strategically.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable attending events, meeting clients, and capturing content when needed.
