Senior Media Buyer – Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

Everest Marketing & Advertising is seeking a results‑driven Senior Media Buyer to lead paid advertising initiatives for its clients. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with strategic planning to drive measurable business growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Create tailored marketing plans that align with client goals, target audiences, budgets and KPIs.
• Build media‑buying strategies to maximise ROI and optimise customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, video production and account‑management teams to ensure campaign success.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining cost‑effective performance.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in media buying and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive marketing plans and digital strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Effective communication, presentation and client‑management capabilities.
• Relevant certifications from Google, Meta or other advertising platforms are a strong advantage.
