Account Manager

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners on its food‑delivery platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping partners optimise their listings, increase sales and maintain high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to provide data‑driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions and logistics.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost order volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics and Operations to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Success (food‑tech, FMCG or e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑first attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
