Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Careem is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners in Amman, ensuring strong relationships and driving performance through data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Drive partners’ performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to maintain a high‑quality experience.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and help drive platform improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development or similar roles, preferably in tech, e‑commerce or F&B.
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
