Accountant – Bookkeeping & Tax Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage our bookkeeping and tax processes. The role involves handling daily, monthly and yearly accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and adjustment entries.
- Manage payroll, inventory, sales tax and income tax filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with social security contributions and other statutory obligations.
- Support the finance team with ad‑hoc reporting and analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 1–3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of taxation laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent command of English and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a team and maintain organized work habits.
Required skills
- Advanced computer proficiency.
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Familiarity with CRM applications.
