About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Qanaze Group in Amman. The successful candidate will manage daily financial transactions, support HR‑related payroll tasks, and ensure the integrity of our financial records using an ERP platform.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post daily journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage cheque issuance, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Process contractor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Keep financial records up‑to‑date and compliant with internal policies.
- Assist with basic HR administration, including payroll entries, leave tracking, and employee record maintenance.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of professional accounting experience.
- Hands‑on experience with an ERP system; experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HR administration processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
