نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن محاسب عام للانضمام إلى فريق المالية في فندق ريتز كارلتون بعمان. المسؤوليات تشمل التحقق من صحة الأرقام والوثائق، وإدارة السجلات المالية وفق سياسات الشركة.

المهام الرئيسية

التحقق من الأرقام والوثائق لضمان الدقة.
تنظيم وحفظ الملفات والسجلات النقدية وفق الإجراءات.
تسجيل وتحليل المعلومات المالية باستخدام الأنظمة الإلكترونية.
إعداد وتوزيع التقارير المالية والضريبية والرواتب.
إغلاق الفترات المالية وإعداد الفواتير والبيانات الحسابية.
متابعة وتسوية الفواتير المتأخرة ومراجعة الإيداعات اليومية.

الملف المطلوب

دبلوم ثانوي أو ما يعادله.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال المحاسبة أو المالية.
عدم وجود خبرة إدارية سابقة.
عدم الحاجة إلى رخص أو شهادات إضافية.
