About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Accountant to support our finance and accounting function in Amman. The role involves day‑to‑day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting records and financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support monthly and year‑end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
Required skills
- Excel / MS Office proficiency.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software.
