About the role
Sika is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its finance team. The role focuses on managing incoming payments, reconciling customer statements, and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Process and record incoming payments accurately.
- Manage AR invoices and verify gross margin percentages with the sales manager.
- Follow up on sales cash and deposits.
- Prepare and send customer statements for reconciliation.
- Handle petty cash transactions.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software; SAP experience is a plus.
