About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Oil & Gas operations. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance within a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in administrative coordination for the Oil & Gas sector.
Required profile
- 4–5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with high attention to detail.
