About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Oil & Gas operations. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance within a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative coordination for the Oil & Gas sector.

Required profile

  • 4–5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with high attention to detail.
