Agile Coach (Scrum Master) – FinTech

About the role

Equiti is looking for a dynamic Agile Coach to join its Project Management Team in Amman. You will help delivery teams improve flow, collaboration and accountability while aligning work with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach delivery teams to enhance flow, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile events, coordinate cross‑team planning, track progress and run retrospectives.
• Partner with Product/Tech Leads and Project Managers to resolve blockers, manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution.
• Align priorities with business objectives through stakeholder engagement and backlog refinement.
• Act as a trusted advisor during delivery challenges, helping teams navigate ambiguity.
• Optimize end‑to‑end value delivery, reduce waste and cycle times.
• Support evolution of delivery frameworks and coach teams on backlog structuring and work‑in‑progress management.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, motivated and able to work in a fast‑moving fintech environment.
• Deep understanding of multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
• Proven experience coaching cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
