AI & Automation Specialist

About the role

Naouri Group is looking for a highly qualified AI & Automation Specialist to drive its digital transformation agenda. You will design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered solutions that improve efficiency, decision‑making, and customer experience across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across functions.
• Design, develop, test, and launch AI‑driven solutions, including generative AI, machine learning models, and large language models.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate operational challenges into practical AI applications.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative uses aligned with business goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI models and automation workflows.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or automation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, machine‑learning algorithms, NLP, and large language models.
• Experience with AI frameworks, automation platforms, and data‑analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
