Airworthiness, CAMO & Reliability Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead continuing airworthiness, CAMO and reliability functions within a commercial airline or MRO environment. The role ensures the fleet remains compliant with regulatory requirements while supporting safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuing airworthiness compliance for the entire fleet.
• Manage maintenance programs, including the implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
• Review and validate aircraft records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance providers, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to approved maintenance requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in aviation, preferably in CAMO, airworthiness, technical services or maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance programs and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working in an airline or MRO setting.
• Excellent analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills.
