Operations Assistant

About the role

The Operations Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site position at Checkpoint Store in Amman. The role supports daily store operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate product displays, and efficient stock replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory and maintain accurate product displays.
• Assist with stock replenishment and monitor sales‑floor activity.
• Support order processing and collaborate with the team to keep workflows efficient.
• Handle basic data entry, reporting, and resolve operational issues through internal communication.
• Provide customer‑service support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong operations and process‑efficiency skills.
• Analytical ability to track inventory and interpret basic reports.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Comfort with basic technology tools and point‑of‑sale systems; retail or logistics experience is a plus.
• High school diploma required; further education in business or operations is beneficial.
