Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a curious, self‑driven and commercially minded Data Scientist / Analytics Specialist to help turn data into actionable insights. Working with a range of stakeholders, you will apply data science, statistical analysis and modern analytics techniques to solve business problems, inform decision‑making and support strategic initiatives. This role suits someone who enjoys learning, is comfortable with ambiguity and can communicate complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.

Key responsibilities

• Work with cloud‑based data platforms, write and optimise SQL and Python code to extract, transform and analyse data.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and business insights.
• Build data‑driven reporting and visualisation solutions to uncover insights and enable informed decision‑making.
• Develop, test and deploy AI/ML and statistical models to solve business challenges.
• Support the development of data pipelines where required.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems, translate requirements and communicate findings clearly.
