Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

DORI App is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to embed cutting‑edge AI capabilities into its smart appointment booking and business management platform. You will own the full machine‑learning lifecycle, turning ideas into production models that serve thousands of small‑ to mid‑sized businesses daily.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prototype, and validate new AI/ML features such as NLP, forecasting, and computer‑vision that boost user productivity.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable models using Azure AI, Python, and .NET micro‑services, containerised with Docker and orchestrated with Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, mobile, and web teams to integrate models into the booking flow with near‑real‑time performance.
• Define KPIs, run A/B tests, and continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and user experience.
• Champion MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated retraining, monitoring, and responsible AI governance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of applied machine‑learning or data‑science experience, preferably with shipped AI features in a SaaS or mobile product.
• Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with C#/.NET is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure ML, Cognitive Services, or comparable cloud ML stacks.
• Experience working in an Agile team and communicating model trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
