Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

PATRON Technologies is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join its Amman office. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that drive digital transformation for government and enterprise clients. The role blends research, prototyping, and production‑grade implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and processing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Implement Large Language Models, Agentic AI, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation frameworks.
• Develop pattern‑recognition and neural‑network algorithms and fine‑tune them for optimal performance.
• Apply Natural Language Processing techniques for text analysis, classification, and user interaction enhancement.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, prototype creation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Required profile
