About the role
Homes Jordan seeks a motivated fresh graduate in accounting to join its professional team in Amman. The role offers practical experience in daily accounting tasks within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and record daily journal entries.
- Record invoices and prepare receipt vouchers.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and manage petty‑cash transactions.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of journal entries, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, AR/AP and petty‑cash management.
- Familiarity with Jordanian sales tax regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (advantage).
