Associate Manager, Customer Marketing – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Manager for Customer Marketing to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will help design and optimise data‑driven marketing programmes that boost customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyse experiments on advertising platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to measure the impact of large‑scale campaigns and pricing initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, data science and analytics teams to translate findings into actionable road‑maps.
• Present results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• At least 4 years of experience analysing data in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear business insights.
