Associate Product Manager

About the role

The Associate Product Manager will support the execution of product initiatives and contribute to the product development process within Majid Al Futtaim Retail Digital. You will assist with market research, gather business requirements, and help prioritize features to align with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support product initiatives and roadmap development.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings.
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements across cross‑functional teams.
• Assist stakeholders in prioritising features and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Help deliver high‑quality products by monitoring progress and supporting issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of product management experience in a tech or e‑commerce environment, preferably retail.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global setting.
• Excellent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
