Associate Support Engineer – Training & Shift Support

About the role

We are seeking fresh graduates to join our Support & Implementation team as Associate Support Engineers. The role combines intensive training with real‑time shift work, providing remote and onsite technical assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line help‑desk support, handling telephone, email and on‑site requests.
• Log and track incidents using help‑desk software, escalating critical issues to senior technicians.
• Troubleshoot software applications and basic network problems covered during training.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the technical department, maintaining confidentiality and client confidence.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Information Systems or related field; up to one year of experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (e.g., 04:30 PM‑1:00 AM, 12:00 AM‑08:30 AM, or 08:00 AM‑5:30 PM) and travel when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Readiness to relocate as required.

• Database engines: Oracle, MS‑SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Operating systems: Unix/Linux, Windows.
• Cloud and container tools: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Application servers: Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere.
• Networking concepts, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery strategies.
