B2B Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support Cyborg’s B2B marketing initiatives, working closely with the Marketing Team Lead to plan and execute campaigns, account‑based marketing, events, market research, and sales enablement. This role is suited for a professional with 2–3 years of experience looking to grow into a senior position within an enterprise AI and intelligent automation company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing campaigns, monitor performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support ABM initiatives, conduct account research, and collaborate with Sales and Pre‑Sales on personalized activities.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and support strategy development.
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and executive events, handling logistics and post‑event reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre‑Sales to create marketing materials such as presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, and other customer‑facing assets.
• Track marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Design, Digital Marketing, Sales, Pre‑Sales, and external partners to ensure consistent execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign support, events, and market research.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Background in enterprise technology, AI, intelligent automation, enterprise software, digital transformation, or technology consulting is a plus.
