About the role

CXG, a global customer experience agency for premium and luxury brands, is seeking Jordanian nationals who are passionate shoppers or fans of luxury brands. As a Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will discreetly assess luxury stores across categories such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, and share your feedback to help improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Conduct discreet, in‑store evaluations of assigned luxury brands.
Provide detailed feedback on the shopping experience and service quality.

Required profile

Keen attention to detail.
Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Punctual and organized.
