B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Key Jordan is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and promote the company’s HR consultancy services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable HR products or services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer‑facing sales roles.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM software (advantageous).
