Bank Reconciliation Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bank Reconciliation Team Member to support finance projects, handle bank‑related issues, and ensure accurate recording and review of financial transactions in line with Zain’s policies and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Prioritize and coordinate invoice workflow to guarantee timely processing and proper accruals.
• Reconcile credit‑card accounts and Zain outlet accounts, submitting them for approval.
• Prepare consolidated cash‑balance reports, projected cash‑flow statements, and calculate actual and accrued interest.
• Process month‑end closing activities and address taxation matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, negotiate deposit interest rates, and provide required financial reports.
• Interact with internal and external auditors, support period‑end audits, and supply necessary documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience.
