Bank Reconciliation Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to support finance projects, handle bank‑related financial issues, record and review financial transactions, perform bank reconciliations, prepare banking account reports, calculate actual and accrued interest, and reevaluate foreign‑currency exchanges while ensuring strict compliance with international standards and Zain’s financial and accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Prioritize and coordinate invoice workflow to guarantee timely processing and proper accruals.
• Reconcile credit‑card company accounts and Zain outlet accounts, submitting them for review and approval.
• Prepare consolidated cash‑balance reports, projected cash‑flow statements, and calculate actual and accrued interest.
• Process month‑end closing activities and address taxation or related issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, negotiate deposit interest rates, and provide required reports.
• Interact with internal and external auditors, participate in period‑end audits, and supply necessary documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of relevant experience.
