About the role
The Bellman, also called Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at our hotel. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience that reflects our luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local area information.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe, professional workplace while moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Uphold the “Gold Standards” of service, uniform appearance, and confidentiality at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Required skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items as described.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets.
