About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which groups more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Bellman. The role welcomes guests with professionalism and warmth and delivers a high standard of luxury hospitality and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage and room delivery
• Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
• Coordinate efficiently with the Front Office and Concierge teams
• Support guest requests promptly and courteously
• Keep lobby and entrance areas organised and welcoming
• Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment; fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
