BI & Data Analyst Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Business Intelligence and Data Analyst to turn complex data sets into actionable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation. The specialist will design, develop and maintain interactive reports, dashboards and visualisations while partnering with business units to align data solutions with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems and reports.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
• Develop predictive models and perform advanced analytics as needed.
• Document processes, methodologies and data models for transparency and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
• Provide training and support to team members on BI tools and data usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
